Ideally any company logos or header paper that is already in a digital format, for example on a computer or cd. Do not worry if you have nothing in digital format as we can convert normal documents.
A description of your business, how customers can contact you, any images or pictures you may wish to use are examples of what can go on your website.
What do I get with my package
All packages come with one free internet name, this is referred to as a domain name for example www.isignsimages.co.uk and one free email address @yourdomainname.co.uk (with the option to purchase more). Also you will be able to add what ever content you choose which will be designed and upload to the internet by our design team and changes to your website can be purchased at a later date.
What size is a page
A page is typically A4 size and although you can make the text smaller this may not help your customers to view your site.
How can I make changes to my website once it is uploaded to the internet.
This is a simple process, all you need is the information you wish to change a simple phone call or email to our technical department who will do the changes for you.
How much do changes cost
If you take out our hosting package at £5 a month then all changes are £40 but please ring to enquire if you have a lot of changes.
If I buy a website from you do I own it? Will I get to keep it if I want to change hosts?
Yes. Once the website is completed and fully paid for, it is yours. If you want to host your website elsewhere after a year, you can do so.
